Verify an offeror's engineering claims against their repository and workflow evidence before award. Each finding cites the specific PRs, tickets, and coordination artifacts that support or contradict a proposal claim. Access is offeror-granted, read-only, and scoped to the evaluation window. Where access is not granted, findings are limited to public evidence and say so.
Vendor due diligence
Assess whether a software contractor's actual capacity allocation matches their proposal commitments. The allocation side runs on ingested substrate. The proposal side is entered by the evaluator; we do not read PDFs.
